Joseph John Martin

Joe specialises in property transactions, company and partnership work, estates and estate planning and family and relationship property law. He was educated at Victoria University and graduated LLB in 1977. Joe was admitted to the Bar in 1977, joined the firm in 1979 and became a Partner in 1984.


Jacqueline Julia Blake

Jacqueline has a general practice focusing in the areas of family law, lawyer for child work, conveyancing, estates, Maori organisations and Waitangi Tribunal work. She was educated at Waikato University graduating BA, LLB and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1995. 


Alison Jan Bendall

Alison is currently the President of the Gisborne Branch of the New Zealand Law Society, and practices in general litigation matters appearing regularly in the District Court, (criminal and civil matters), High Court and Employment Relations Authority for clients.  Alison also undertakes private client work (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and residential Conveyancing).
