Joseph Martin

Joe specialises in property transactions, company and securities work, estates, trusts, estate planning and elder law. He was educated at Victoria University and graduated LLB in 1977. Joe was admitted to the Bar in 1977, joined the firm in 1979 and became a Partner in 1984.


Jacqueline Blake

Jacqueline has a general practice focusing in the areas of family law, lawyer for child work, conveyancing, estates, Maori organisations and Waitangi Tribunal work. She was educated at Waikato University graduating BA, LLB and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1995. 


Amanda Courtney

Amanda joined Burnard Bull as a Senior Solicitor in April 2017, and became a partner in May 2018.
Having Graduated from Auckland University in 1993, Amanda has over 23 years of continuous legal experience predominantly working in the areas of Family, Criminal and Mental Health law.
